In fact, the penis has two functions in the male body. One is urination i.e. excretion of urine from the body and another function is to help in reproduction. So there is a urethral valve or gate between the urethra to separate these two functions. As a result, the valve closes when perfusion is complete. Therefore, a pressure is required in the urethra to expel the remaining urine out of the body. This causes a seizure. It happens when there is a lot of urine. It is actually controlled by our nervous system.
If someone thinks of this shaking as a disease or scares you, they are wrong. Because it is controlled by the autonomic nervous system. It is called “post ectopic convulsion”. Which has no side effects. This is a very normal occurrence. And getu is very sensitive inside our body, so when some heat escapes from our body during prasban, the body shakes to fill this heat. As a result the temperature returns to normal.
If this seems to be a problem for you, sit down or slow down while urinating to get rid of the jerking.
