Our genes decide what the maximum height can be. But to reach that height one needs to eat small and nutritious food and exercise or play sports and stay away from polluted environment. There is no specific exercise to increase height. Any cardio exercise or sport improves circulation in the body and uses the muscles. That is all that is needed.
Now a little off-topic: I mentioned the three points, most Bengalis don’t get at least two of them. So I see this kind of question in various places. If you’re asking this question when you’re 18 or older, it’s too late. Maybe then there is no other way to increase the height. But another thing can be done. Plan your diet well. Eat high protein foods as much as you can. Run occasionally, walk a few kilometers every day if you can, and buy weight training equipment. Buying it will save you gym expenses in the long term. Start training with light weights gradually. By doing these, the muscles will be well defined, the fat will be less. Although short in height, will be healthy, physically strong. Better to learn some martial art along with it.
