Nutritionally, boiled eggs are more beneficial. When frying eggs, they are fried in oil, which can destroy some of the nutrients in the egg. Also, using excess oil while frying eggs can lead to weight gain.
No oil is used when boiling eggs, so all the nutrients in them are preserved. Boiled eggs are rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. It helps in weight control, improves eye health, controls cholesterol levels and prevents other health problems.
However, many people like to eat fried eggs. Even if oil is used while frying eggs, there is no harm in it as long as it is not excessive. Eating fried eggs adds a small amount of calories and fat, which is not harmful to health. However, those who want to lose weight or are suffering from health problems should eat boiled eggs.
