      We have many ideas about fish. According to many, eating small fish improves eyesight. Is that right? Indian nutritionist Meenakshi Majumdar answered various questions about eating fish in a report by the Indian media “Ei Baayde”.

      According to him, eating small fish regularly improves eyesight. Especially eating fish wrap is more beneficial. Because small fish heads are very useful. Some of the fats in it can increase the brightness of the eyes. Not only this, these fishes contain sufficient amount of vitamin A. This vitamin is very beneficial for eyes. Even the protein in it helps in the formation of new eye cells. For this reason, you can eat small fish daily for eye care. Also, other benefits of eating small fish regularly are:

      Protein Deficiency: Fish contains enough protein. This protein is easily absorbed by the body. So if you want to meet the protein deficiency in the body, you have to eat fish every day. Especially eating small fish will get more benefits. Because these fish contain more protein than fat. So eating these fish regularly will increase from immunity to muscle strength. Even multiple diseases will stay away.

      Bones will be strong: Nowadays, many people suffer from osteoporosis at a young age. If you have this kind of problem, it is difficult to even walk a little. For this reason, bone strength should be increased anyway. Small fish will help in this task. Because this fish contains sufficient amount of calcium and phosphorus which increases bone strength. For this reason, keep small fish in your daily diet.

      Improves memory: You can eat small fish heads to improve memory. Because the fish head contains some very beneficial fatty acids that can improve brain function. This increases memory. So feed fish heads to children from a very young age.

      According to nutritionists, do not add too much oil and spices to small fish. Doing this will destroy the nutrients stored in the fish. As a result, eating fish will not benefit. For this reason, cook the fish by steaming it with little oil and spices. This will be beneficial.
