Experts say, before wearing socks, apply powder on the feet to prevent sweating. If you have foot odor problem, wear open shoes instead of closed shoes. Keep the shoes in the sun regularly. Do not drink tea or coffee frequently. Also avoid spicy food. Know some more tips to get rid of foot odor-
1. After returning home, wash your feet well with some salt in hot water. It does not grow bacteria on the feet. Steep tea bags in boiling water for 2 minutes. When the tea bag cools, put it inside the shoes. After an hour, remove the tea bag and wipe the inside of the shoe well. You will see the benefits like this.
2. Apply some baking soda inside the shoes. The next day, wipe the part of the shoe well and put on the clean shoes. It won’t stink, but baking soda is not recommended for leather shoes.
3. Under the influence of various complex diseases, body odor can occur. Such problems are more common in diabetes, thyroid, nervous system problems, fungal infections. Even if excess urea accumulates due to kidney problems, this problem can also arise from there. Sweat from the feet mixes with bacteria trapped in shoes and socks, producing foul-smelling propionic acid.
4. Before going out, use an antibacterial cream or moisturizer on your feet. The feet will not sweat very quickly. Apart from this, feet need to be taken care of separately. Scrub your feet once or twice a week. You will get good results.
