    1. You can divide your day into several parts and in each part you can put your own essential tasks that you will do during that time.
    2. You can read some books stored in your library, which you have bought to read but have not read yet.
    3. Try to meet someone new every day, it will increase your networking skills and also stop the emotional whirlwind in your brain.
    4. Even after doing these things, if you are temporarily upset, dress yourself in a new way and stand in front of the mirror and you will see that your mind will be better than before.
    5. And in order to fall in love with something, you must fall in love with something new, and for that you can develop new habits. For example, you can study a new subject or learn to cook something new.

Many people are asking for suggestions about hair loss. I presented my study in this regard. No gimmicks or unscientific treatment methods are mentioned here and no one should suggest them. If anything is left out, mention it in the comments.

There are many reasons for hair loss, first you need to know the reason. In this case, if you go to the doctor and check the blood and the skin of the scalp, you will be sure about the cause.
    1) If due to malnutrition or any vitamin, vitamin supplement will be given in the beginning. For example: biotin, vitamin A, E supplements, antioxidants. Iron or zinc supplements can also be given.
    2) If there is dandruff, shampoo rich in Kitoconazole, ZPTO(Zinc pyrithione), Tar, Salicylic Acid will be given.
    3) If the reason is genetic, it will be detected in DHT(Dihydrotestosterone) level in blood test. Treatment is different for MPB or male pattern baldness. If someone else in the family is bald, MPB is more likely if the pattern of hair loss is on the front sides of the head and on the back of the head.
    4) In case of MPB, Minoxidil can be used on head along with Finasteride tablet. They act as DHT inhibitors. They are usually taken for a long time and when stopped, hair loss starts again. Minoxidil can be used on its own but Finasteride cannot be taken without doctor’s advice, its side effects can cause various hormonal problems including loss of sexual ability. These two are the only FDA approved medications for MPB.
    5) In addition to medicine, there is micro needling as an invasive method. When the scalp is punctured with a derma roller (0.2-1mm) with a small needle, white blood cells are deposited on the scalp to heal the wound and help repair damaged hair follicles. You can buy a 0.5 mm roller and use it yourself. If it is more than that, you have to go to the doctor and get it done under anesthesia.
    6) PRP can be done, it takes blood from the body and separates platelets or white blood cells from it and injects it directly into the scalp. It works much like a micro needle but in a better way. In this case, you must consult a doctor. In both cases of micro needle and PRP, when the root of the hair is completely destroyed, the hair does not grow anymore. Only damaged roots can be healed or prevented. In the beginning 1/2 times for 3/4 months and then 2/3 times a year should be continued.
    7) Hair transplant is the most effective treatment if the root of the hair is completely lost and there is a lot of baldness. In this case, a good hair root is taken from the side or back of the head and transplanted on top of the head, then hair grows there permanently. Approximately 70-80% of transplants survive, depending on the method.
    7) There is also some evidence of benefit from scalp laser (LLLT) but it is very limited.
    8) Silicone, SLS free shampoo can be used on the head, normal shampoo should be avoided. Because silicone beads enter the root of the hair and cause irritation, resulting in itching and swelling of the root and hair loss. Again, if you don’t use shampoo, oily hair roots will increase hair loss. It is better not to use oil or anything like that on the hair. Even after use, shampoo should be kept dry immediately. Cold water should be used instead of hot water.
    9) Ketoconazole shampoo works as a DHT blocker so use 2/3 times a week to get some benefit. You can also buy a 0.5 mm roller and do micro needling at home 2/4 times a month. In my opinion it is better not to use minoxidil in the beginning. If these don’t work you can try.

No matter what you do it will take 3/4 months to realize the results. Till this time you have to continue with patience. Many people will say that it is better not to put many things on the head because there is no scientific evidence for this, but there is a lot of evidence that these things increase hair loss. Keep the root of the hair as dry as possible and wash it with shampoo if you sweat. Definitely don’t use normal shampoo.

Certain substances called prostaglandins play one of the main roles in creating the sensation of pain in the nerves. Pain medications in the NSAID group work by inhibiting the production of this prostaglandin. But some prostaglandins are involved in various house keeping functions of our body such as controlling the production of acid from the stomach. This means that if prostaglandin decreases, acid production will increase. This is why any anti-ulcerent (commonly known as gastric medicine) is prescribed along with pain medication. Omeprazole, esomeprazole takes some time to start working so it is recommended to take it half an hour before. Rabeprazole starts working relatively quickly.

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, “Disease X” is a conceptual term used by the World Health Organization (WHO) to describe a hypothetical future disease that could pose a serious international epidemic threat. The concept of Disease X was introduced to emphasize the need for preparedness and awareness about the potential emergence of previously unknown or unexpected infectious diseases.

The “X” in Disease X stands for unexpected or unknown. It represents the possibility of a new, novel, or currently unidentified pathogen that has the potential to cause a global outbreak or pandemic. Disease X serves as a reminder for the global health community to remain vigilant and prepared for emerging infectious diseases that could have a severe impact on public health.

The purpose of highlighting Disease X is to encourage governments, researchers, and healthcare organizations to invest in research, surveillance, and response strategies, ensuring readiness to identify, study, and contain any novel infectious disease that may arise in the future.

It’s important to note that as of my last update, Disease X is a theoretical concept and not an actual specific disease. Scientists and health organizations continue to monitor and study infectious diseases to prevent and mitigate potential future health threats.

Intelligence is influenced by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Both genetics and environment play significant roles in determining an individual’s level of intelligence and cognitive abilities.

Genetics: Genetic factors can influence intelligence by providing a genetic blueprint that sets the potential limits for cognitive development. Certain genetic variations can affect brain structure, neurotransmitter function, and neural pathways, all of which are related to cognitive abilities. However, it’s important to note that no single “intelligence gene” has been identified, and intelligence is a complex trait influenced by the interplay of multiple genes.

Environment and Learning: Environmental factors, including education, nutrition, socio-economic conditions, and early childhood experiences, also significantly impact intelligence. Access to quality education, stimulating environments, nurturing relationships, and opportunities for learning and growth can enhance cognitive development and intellectual abilities.

Lifestyle and Stimulation: Engaging in intellectually stimulating activities, lifelong learning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and staying mentally active can enhance cognitive function and potentially offset age-related cognitive decline. Regular physical exercise, a healthy diet, and adequate sleep also contribute to overall brain health and cognitive performance.

Neuroplasticity and Training: Neuroplasticity refers to the brain’s ability to reorganize and adapt by forming new neural connections. This phenomenon suggests that through specific training, learning, and mental exercises, individuals can enhance their cognitive abilities, including memory, attention, and problem-solving skills.

Cognitive Training and Brain Games: Engaging in activities designed to challenge and exercise the brain, such as puzzles, memory games, and cognitive training programs, may help improve specific cognitive functions and potentially enhance overall intelligence.

While genetics provide a foundation for cognitive abilities, the environment and lifestyle choices also significantly influence intelligence. Continuous learning, mental stimulation, a healthy lifestyle, and targeted cognitive training can all contribute to enhancing cognitive function and intelligence throughout a person’s life.

Vitamin D production in the skin occurs when it is exposed to ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun. The production of vitamin D is influenced by various factors, including the time of day, season, latitude, altitude, cloud cover, and skin pigmentation.

Generally, the best time to get vitamin D from the sun is when the sun is at its highest point in the sky, which is typically between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. During this time, the sun’s rays are at a more direct angle, providing more UVB radiation to your skin, which is essential for vitamin D synthesis.

It’s important to note that exposure to the sun should be balanced to minimize the risk of sunburn and skin damage. It’s recommended to spend a brief amount of time in the sun, gradually increasing the duration to allow your skin to produce vitamin D without harming your skin. Additionally, factors like your geographic location, skin type, and sunscreen use can affect the amount of vitamin D your body produces from sun exposure. If you have concerns about vitamin D levels, consider consulting a healthcare professional.

You can face trouble due to small mistakes in smartphone charging. Overheating can cause ultimate damage to the phone. Many people play games on smartphones for a long time.

Just for gaming, it’s not good to watch content from any streaming platform on a smartphone. Due to these reasons the performance of the phone decreases to a large extent. Playing games continuously affects the long life of the phone’s battery.

Again, the smartphone’s motherboard also gets extra pressure. While charging the smartphone, several aspects of the charging time should be taken care of. As a result, continuous charging can also damage the smartphone.

If the smartphone’s charging setup somehow goes wrong, it’s quite a hassle to repair. Such mistakes should not be repeated during smartphone charging. Keep the phone away from the internet as much as possible while charging.

A recent study revealed that the most venomous and ferocious animal in the world is none other than the Australian Box Jellyfish! What is this box jellyfish? The box jellyfish is perhaps the most beautiful looking of all the jellyfish species. His form is extraordinary, just like a transparent screen. This sea creature grows up to about 15 feet long. That animal is now known as the most poisonous animal in the world. The amount of poison contained in one jellyfish can kill 60 people. Box jellyfish venom attacks the heart, nervous system and skin cells of the victim. Thinking of holding it while swimming in the water? Don’t forget to do that. A common sting from a jellyfish tentacle or stinger can cause skin problems such as itching. But one sting from a box jellyfish will kill you in three minutes. In the Philippines, 20-40 people die each year from box jellyfish.

Al Battani was a famous astronomer and mathematician. He established his own observatory for the practice of astronomy. Over the years, he corrected the common mistakes in astronomy and made many reforms and improvements in this discipline. Western historians refer to him as ‘Al Batezniyaz’, ‘Al Batezni’, ‘Al Batenyaz’ etc. So much of his identity has been lost in history.

According to many historians, Omar Khayyam was born shortly before the death of Sultan Mahmud. Omar Khayyam spent some of his childhood in Balkh, present-day Afghanistan. There he accepted the discipleship of Imam Moafefak Nishapuri, considered one of the best teachers of Khorasan. Teaching geometry and algebra during the day, consulting at Malik-Shahr Darbar in the evening and practicing astronomy at night, besides correcting the Jalali calendar, his devotion was never lacking. Omar’s reputation during his lifetime was as a mathematician. He first solved the trinomial equation using the intersection of the ellipse and the circle. Another major contribution of Omar was his critique of Euclid’s postulate of parallelism, which led to later non-Euclidean geometry. In 1070 AD, his book Maqalat fi al-Zarb al-Muqabila was published. In this book he classifies equations as exponents and prescribes rules for solving quadratic equations. Omar Khayyam was also known as an astronomer.

His full name is Abu Rayhan Al Biruni. He was a very original and profound thinker. Persian Muslim thinker Abu Rayhan al-Biruni. He spent most of his life in Central Asia. At the age of 20, he started traveling for enlightenment. For three years he traveled all over Persia and studied under various scholars and acquired knowledge on various subjects. In AD 998 he settled in Jurjan (now ‘Gurgan’, a city in northern Iran). For the next 10 years of his life, he lived in this small town in northern Iran. Continue your research, write books and keep learning. Al-Biruni was a pioneer of geology. He collected and tested hundreds of different metals and gemstones. Al Biruni was also proficient in mathematics, astrophysics, chemistry and natural sciences. In the eleventh century, al-Biruni made new and significant progress in his colorful works and research on various subjects. He discovered how the earth rotates in its orbit. Introduced a new field of study called mechanics by integrating statics and dynamics.
He is recognized as the greatest of the age for his independent thinking, open mind, courage, fearless critic and correct opinion. Al Biruni was the first to draw the attention of Muslim thinkers to the knowledge of the East, especially the knowledge of India. Professor Mapa said about him, Al-Biruni was not only one of the best scholars of the Muslim world but also one of the world’s best scholars. According to European scholars, Al Biruni was an encyclopedia himself. His books were a reservoir of knowledge. Indian scholars used to call Al Biruni the ocean of knowledge. The vast library of laws written by him is divided into 11 volumes. Which is dedicated to Sultan Masood. Realizing the importance of the book, Sultan Mas’ud was happy and gave Al Biruni a silver gift equal to the weight of an elephant. But he did not accept it and expressed outward satisfaction and returned all the silver to the treasury.
Al Biruni wrote a total of 114 books during his lifetime. Of which he has completed 103 books. The rest are left incomplete. A hall is named after him at Jahangirnagar University in Bangladesh.
