Being sensitive is because it is outside the body. Think about your other organs like stomach, uterus, bladder all but protected inside the body But the scrotum is surrounded by a thin membrane outside because sperm production requires a temperature lower than body temperature. Because it runs on air cooled system. In winter you will see that the scrotum is closer to the body. And away from the body in hot weather. Now the question is why so sensitive. Because this thing is very important for human race. And if it was not sensitive, it would have been damaged in various ways. Everyone who is sensitive or feels a little pain, sits carefully or is in such a position that they do not feel pain and are ultimately protected.
