Madelung’s Rule
If the value of (n+1) is equal then electron will enter the orbital with lower value of n fire
Such as: In 3d orbital, n+l=3+2=5 And in 4p. n+l=4+1=5
As the value of n is lower in 3d, electron will enter 3d first.
