Jaggery contains various vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It is made from sugarcane. Many people eat it instead of sugar. Although it contains sugar and lots of calories.
Pure honey is full of many qualities. It contains vitamins and minerals. But generally, all the honey available in the market is mixed with different types of sugar and fragrance. Calorie content is also high.
Many people also use brown sugar instead of sugar. He thinks that the damage is less. If any sugar contains the same amount of compound called sucrose. In the case of brown sugar, a special type of syrup is added to it.
Now the question is, which one will you eat? Scientists say that if you want to get a small amount of nutrients, such as various minerals or vitamins, then you can eat honey or jaggery. But that won’t do much good. And when it comes to calories, they are all about equally high in calories. As a result, eating jaggery or honey instead of sugar will not be of much benefit.
