The origin of the first life is called abiogenesis or biopsis – you can google it for details. There are several possible explanations for the origin of life. It is difficult to say which is correct – either all are partially correct or the whole thing is a combination of these explanations.
The most popular explanation is probably the primordial soup hypothesis. According to this explanation, life originated from simple organic compounds such as amino acids and nucleotides formed in the oceans of the early Earth. Lightning, volcanoes, radiation etc. had an effect on the formation of these organic compounds. It is these organic compounds that change over millions of years to form more complex structures and eventually form self-replicating structures, which are actually the source of early life. After that, how so much diversity was created from the first life can be explained very well with Evolutionary Biology and those explanations are proven. There have been many detailed discussions in this group. For ease of understanding you can go to YouTube, there are some good Bengali videos too.
Another possible explanation is the hypothermal vent hypothesis. According to this explanation, life originated in deep ocean trenches with high temperatures, high pressures, and the presence of a variety of minerals. Can’t wait to write more details now.
There are other hypotheses such as panspermia – which suggests that life originated outside the Earth and arrived on Earth through a cosmic event or comet.
There is preliminary evidence in favor of the first two explanations – although at this point it is difficult to say which is correct. Maybe a combination of the two. Maybe after a few years we can say for sure. The last explanation is relatively weak, but cannot be completely ruled out yet.
