At one time time travel was a part of fiction, but now time travel is not just science fiction, but mainstream science and time travel are taken seriously.

Sir Isaac Newton believed that time flows at the same rate everywhere in the universe. (i.e. time is constant) but according to Sir Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity, the rate of time flow will not be the same at all places in the universe. And it can be. (i.e. time is not constant) According to Newton what happened i.e. past is past for everyone, but according to Einstein what happened may not be past for everyone. So what we imagine as the past, present, future is actually an illusion! Past, present, future exist simultaneously!
According to the theory of relativity, time is a dimension like length, width, height, and there are aspects of time dimension that are: 1) Past
      2) Future

Let’s look at the future first; We are or have been traveling into the future without our knowledge! For example; When we travel in a plane or a high-speed vehicle, we unknowingly travel into the future! But in this case the issue of future journey is very little. 1 billionth of a second…. fraction of a fraction of time. As a result we cannot achieve it. According to the theory of relativity “when an object is in motion, time for that object slows down.” For example; The ISS, 400 km above Earth, moves at 28,000 per hour, creating a time difference between a human on the surface and an astronaut on the ISS. In this case, if you calculate general relativity and special relativity, the time difference is 0.00002646 sec/day. In other words, a human being on Earth has a difference of 0.00002646 seconds per day for an ISS astronaut. This means the astronauts are traveling 0.00002646 seconds into the future in one day. It’s getting a bit messy, isn’t it? If you give an example on a large scale, you will be clear about the matter. Imagine that in 2022 you traveled in a rocket at 99.94% of the speed of light and after 10 years on your watch you came back to earth. Then according to your calculations, after you return to earth, 2032 years will last on earth. But during this period, 29 years will pass on earth due to time dilation. That is, you will come back to earth and see that the year 2051 is going on in the world….

That means you will go 29-10=19 years in the future i.e. Time travel. Now in such a case, many people would think that it would be due to the mechanical weakness of the watch, but no! Your body will also change according to this time. how is that To illustrate, let’s say you have twin brothers, and you are 20 years old. Now if you leave your twin brother on Earth and travel 10 years in space from your point of view at 99.94% of the speed of light, and then come back to Earth, where would your point of view be from your point of view? Age will be 30 years then your twin brother in the world will also be 30…! But after coming to earth you will find that your twin brother has turned 49 years old and his physical changes have also become like a 49 year old man. That is, your time slow down means your brain function will also slow down. And time becoming first means your time will become first. And accordingly your physical changes will happen. Time slows down for strong gravity too. If you go to a place where gravity is very strong then time will slow down in that place too. Which is shown in the movie Interstellar (one of the best sci-fi movie I have ever seen!).

This is the description of how to go to the future through time travel. It’s real!! Also it is happening constantly. But in real life we cannot achieve this as the time difference is very small.
Time travel has various theories for going into the past such as; Faster-than-light (time is reversed if an object accelerates faster than light, but faster-than-light is impossible in our current understanding of science) and wormholes….etc. But none of them seem effective. Considering the overall aspect, it can be seen that in the case of time travel, future travel is more realistic and feasible than past travel.
