Jupiter is one of the first planets discovered. Being very large in size, it has vast dominance in the solar system. Even in sustaining our Earth, the immense gravity of this planet has a great role. Neither the earth nor our existence is possible without this planet. Not only by gravitation but also by attracting the meteorites rushing towards the earth, this Jupiter takes it into itself. A planet so large in size disappears when viewed through a radar telescope. It becomes as if Jupiter is not there. Although Jupiter’s moons are clearly visible in a telescope.
