No need to feel inferior because CGPA has deteriorated. Except some autonomous institutes others do not mention CGPA. Retain numbers and vivare performance in government jobs are real. But most of the time wants to know the reason of low CGPA in viva. For that, the answer needs to be prepared in advance so that there is no confusion or lack of confidence while answering this question. Having a low CGPA in viva and answering technical questions well creates a positive impression which leads to job race. If you want to get a government job then you should clear the basics as well as possible and continue your studies with confidence.
And if you want to do a private job, you have to improve your personal skills. Once you enter the job, you have to give maximum performance there. Must learn to work.
The rest is in God’s hands.

If you want a job in the private sector, you should target multinational companies. Domestic companies (except some) will not give much benefit. Generally there are two fields in civil field, design and construction, as both have opportunities and both have drawbacks so think about which one you want to go and focus. Again in design there are 2 parts steel sector and RCC sector. Along with theoretical knowledge for steel should have knowledge of Staadpro, Sap etc. software and for RCC also should know ETABS, SAFE, ROBOT, Tekla etc. software and have good grasp on BNBC code. In addition to these, communication skills should be increased, one person’s YouTube channel called Career Vidz for Vibe can be watched. And to get a job, a LinkedIn profile and bdjobs profile should be decorated beautifully. Maximum companies give their circulars on these 2 platforms. One last suggestion is the linkup. Various companies give internal circulars, in that case, if the brothers are told in advance, an Advantage can be found in many cases.

Job opportunities in the civil to the private sector are comparatively more. It is also important to prepare yourself. Engineering job is a thankless job. So abundance does not come until professional excellence comes. While developing a variety of skills to excel, one should keep reference books of professional subjects and soft copies or books of National (BNBC) and International Codes (ACI, ASCE, BS) and Standards (ASTM), and any engineering problems those codes. And efforts to solve with standards should continue. If you work under the supervision of a senior professional engineer or by yourself, you should enrich yourself by getting professional knowledge from seniors. There is no job that a civil engineer cannot do or have (civil-related). “I have no experience but can solve any task with due respect on my own initiative, referencing” should be kept in oneself. The most important thing is that you have studied to pass so far, now study to earn a living, this study will help you the most.
I forgot to say one more thing, so I am editing it. A professional membership must be taken. IEB is for Bangladesh and professional membership for other countries.
Too much advice seems to have been given.
Hope it helps a little bit. stay well

The origin of the first life is called abiogenesis or biopsis – you can google it for details. There are several possible explanations for the origin of life. It is difficult to say which is correct – either all are partially correct or the whole thing is a combination of these explanations.
The most popular explanation is probably the primordial soup hypothesis. According to this explanation, life originated from simple organic compounds such as amino acids and nucleotides formed in the oceans of the early Earth. Lightning, volcanoes, radiation etc. had an effect on the formation of these organic compounds. It is these organic compounds that change over millions of years to form more complex structures and eventually form self-replicating structures, which are actually the source of early life. After that, how so much diversity was created from the first life can be explained very well with Evolutionary Biology and those explanations are proven. There have been many detailed discussions in this group. For ease of understanding you can go to YouTube, there are some good Bengali videos too.
Another possible explanation is the hypothermal vent hypothesis. According to this explanation, life originated in deep ocean trenches with high temperatures, high pressures, and the presence of a variety of minerals. Can’t wait to write more details now.
There are other hypotheses such as panspermia – which suggests that life originated outside the Earth and arrived on Earth through a cosmic event or comet.
There is preliminary evidence in favor of the first two explanations – although at this point it is difficult to say which is correct. Maybe a combination of the two. Maybe after a few years we can say for sure. The last explanation is relatively weak, but cannot be completely ruled out yet.

You are probably talking about hypnotize. Many people have reported this matter. I will give just one example.
Don’t think you went to the salon to get your hair cut. After the hair cut, the salon guy gave me a light head massage before cleaning the cut hair. After that he asked you if you want a massage, you said yes. After that, one service after another continued to be offered, and you continued to follow him.
In this example, the success rate of the salon is not 100%, but it is quite good.
In my opinion this is also a form of hypnosis.

If we look at history, we will see that during the Industrial Revolution in the 18th-19th century, humans had to compete with machines for employment. But the situation was different at that time. As a result of the industrial revolution, new factories were established. As a result, new employment opportunities were also created for people. During the industrial revolution, people were not unemployed, but their quality of life improved. But now robotics has joined artificial intelligence. Robots with artificial intelligence can do all kinds of human physical and mental tasks. As a result, many industries will not need people to work in the near future. Millions of industrial workers will lose their jobs. Not only that, as a result millions of people in various skilled professions including doctors, engineers will also lose their jobs. According to many, two billion people in the world will be redundant in the workplace in just two decades. Horrible unemployment will appear all over the world. Then it is natural to have a serious impact on the social and political environment.
Professor Hawking, however, spoke of another grave danger. According to him, artificial intelligence will reach a point where it can go beyond human control. This could happen within the next century. This is called the Technological Singularity. Artificial intelligence will then itself create more advanced artificial intelligence. This would be a direct threat to the existence of human civilization. So be careful. Professor Hawking said, the existence of human civilization may be threatened in the future due to various reasons. One of them is the uncontrolled spread and use of artificial intelligence. He thinks that the rapid development of artificial intelligence should be researched now on what kind of impact it will have on human society in the future. Based on all these studies, early measures should be taken to regulate the use of artificial intelligence. In addition to lighting the fire, the system of extinguishing the fire should also be in the hands of the people. If not, there is danger of disaster.

There is correlation, but not causation, between temperature and puberty in girls. To break it down a bit more, if there is a year-round harvest for the high temperatures in a place with high temperatures, and if this results in access to nutritious food year-round, then girls in that area may experience early puberty. Another hypothesis is that exposure to sunlight at high temperatures may cause early puberty in girls by affecting the hormone melatonin. Even then, it is only a few months before the winter-prime region. But the whole thing is much more complicated. Because there are socioeconomic, dietary, and of course genetic factors behind it.
Because socioeconomic class structure determines who has access to nutritious food, the lower class is more likely to be malnourished than the upper class. Similarly, a balanced and regular diet of the people of an area can play a role in filling the lack of nutrients. Eating habits are again dependent on the culture of each area. Culture is a very broad concept, in which many other factors are included, I didn’t go into that discussion for related reasons. And besides these, there are genetic characteristics. In some families, having maternal aunts with precocious puberty increases the chances of their daughters having precocious puberty too.
One thing is very important to understand here. Just because a girl reaches puberty does not mean she is ready to have sex or have children. Younger girls’ bodies are not ready for sex, but there are many cases of death during sex, and even still happening. The same reason increases the risk during pregnancy or childbirth, which increases the chances of death of mother and child. Beyond the physical aspects, there are many psychological, emotional, and maturity-related aspects. The period of puberty is very critical and challenging for girls During this time, girls are more sensitive to handle the changes within themselves. In this, the thought of husband and family creates additional stress on them, which hinders their normal development. So even after puberty begins, girls take many more years to mature physically and mentally.
With these factors in mind, people in each region or country determine the minimum age for marriage (although some may be sexually active before marriage). Maternal mortality, infant mortality, and girls’ physical and mental development or overall maturity are given the most importance behind this age determination.
I hope I have explained why temperature and puberty are correlated, but it is wrong to call it causation.
